The Author
Mike Papageorge is the coffee addicted, web developing writer behind the website. After mooching Safeway Edwards brand coffee from his parents at a young age, Mike was hooked. University and some working life in Vancouver, Canada, a land of coffee snobbery, lured him to the dark side, and now he prefers a good dark french roast.
The Site
Having drank coffee for so many years, this site is an attempt to amass information and learn more about the alluring dark drink. In addition to this, the author pan roasts his coffee, and was hoping to find some new exciting ways to roast beans.
